Comission rules and term of service

As soon as you place your commission order, you accept all the items that are currently written here and that I may add in the future.
(Pricing and payment)
Full payment in advance. No refunds allowed.Returns are absolutely not accepted.I reserve the right to cancel the commission for any reason, without giving a reason. In such a case, I will refund your full money. Except in this case, returns are not accepted.I will start work after full payment is received.Lighting, wings, glass. Gems, weapons, armor, furs, plushies, backgrounds, additional characters, personalized outfits, etc. Additional accessories and complex designs are subject to additional charges.
(Commission and payment process)
Fill out the form first to comission me.I will contact you for details about the order and price.After the order and price are confirmed, I will request a fee to your PayPal account.I will start the draft of the work after the full payment is given in advance.Wips and revision: you will get a simple draft first to advance in the commission. Any changes you want will be made there.After the simple draft is confirmed, I will start the real drawing.The completion time of the commission may vary depending on the confusion of the work.The completed work will be sent to you via email.If you want a change after the completed work has reached you, an additional fee will be charged according to the size of the change.If there is something missing or wrong made by me in the completed work, it will be compensated for free.The commission can take up to two months to complete. It can be shortened and extended according to the complexity of this commission.Rush commissions are subject to an additional fee.
(Copyright and usage)
Unless otherwise requested, I reserve the right to publish any submitted work as finished or wips on social media, portfolio and any similar website.
(This does not apply to works for which a Privacy Fee has been paid)You are responsible for understanding your usage rights and complying with the terms.You are responsible for providing information regarding the intended use of any commission.You have to explain your intended use in detail and obtain the artist's approval.You acknowledge any reproduction of the work, especially reproductions that will be used for profit or commercial uses, is strictly prohibited unless approved by the artist in writing.You have to agree to discuss with the artist any changes to additional uses at any time during and after completion of the work.You are not allowed to edit or change the commissioned work unless discussed. But you can crop or change the size.I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites
(Commission types)
PERSONAL COMMISSIONS
Artwork will not generate any kind of profit. Using it for personal use. Using as avator or wallpaper in non profit sites, such as insta, twitter, etc. or as a gift. Printing for yourself for personal use and not for selling.PRIVATE COMMISSIONS
This type of commission will include privacy fee which will be 20% to 50% of total price.
Artwork will not be posted on any social media sites, or use for any kind of profit, or in portfolios or websites by me. As the name suggests it will be completely private.LIGHT COMMERCIAL COMMISSION
it includes the right for clients to use the artwork for indirect promotional purpose such as: streaming overlays, panels, schedules, websites icon, stream avatars etc. Reproducing/ selling the artwork from this tier is prohibited.FULL COMMERCIAL COMMISSION
Commissions under this category are for commercial use. That means the intention of the art you've commissioned is to be used for direct promotional purpose or to be sold, for printing merchandise, using it in MVs or generate any kind of sales, and any related money generating activity of the sort. Prices for this commission is fixed and contains commercial usage right, but please discuss the intended usage and take written approval from me for the commercial usage.
